Who we are

Roavit is operated by ROAVIT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

What Roavit provides

Roavit organises published route information, readiness checks, planning calculations, checklists, document storage, CV and application preparation, and source-linked explanations. Readiness results identify apparent matches, gaps, contradictions and matters needing professional review; they are not approval probabilities. CV and application tools reformat and tailor facts you confirmed and must not invent experience, qualifications or immigration history. You must review every generated output before using it. Roavit is an information and planning service. It is not a government body, university, payment agent, immigration adviser or legal representative.

No decision or guarantee

Roavit does not decide applications and cannot guarantee admission, a visa or any other outcome. Rules, fees, processing times and third-party websites change. Always check the linked official source and obtain regulated professional advice where your circumstances require it before paying or applying.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your login, use only documents you are entitled to hold, and comply with applicable law. Do not use Roavit to deceive an institution or authority, bypass requirements, attack the service, scrape it at scale, or access another person’s account.

Your documents

You retain rights in information and documents you upload. You give Roavit permission to store and secure them and, only after a clear purpose-specific confirmation, to use the selected confirmed profile or document for a requested tool such as CV tailoring. You can retrieve, export and delete existing documents after a paid plan ends, although new uploads and processing may require an active plan. You should keep your own originals and backups; the vault is a convenience, not the authoritative copy of a document.

Professional and organisation pilots

Professional profiles, adviser bookings, private engagement messages, institution workspaces, referrals and licensed-data interfaces are controlled pilot capabilities. A Roavit profile status does not replace a regulator’s register, professional permission, insurance or a signed engagement. A booking request is not payment and does not create an engagement until the applicable scope, price, provider payment and terms are confirmed. Institution records and referrals do not guarantee admission, employment, sponsorship or an immigration outcome. Organisation and API access requires an active authorised team, contract and any necessary data rights.

Community outcome reports

You may submit a report about your own experience. Do not identify another person or include unnecessary sensitive information. Submission does not guarantee publication. Roavit may request proportionate supporting evidence, remove identifying detail, reject, correct or withdraw a report, and investigate duplication or misuse. Published reports remain individual experiences—not guidance, representative statistics or approval probabilities. You may withdraw your pending or published report through your account.

Availability and third parties

We work to keep Roavit available and current but do not promise uninterrupted service. Official portals, universities, email networks and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. Links do not make those organisations part of Roavit.

Accounts

You may close your account at any time through the account deletion page. Roavit may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or respond to misuse.

Age

You must be 18 or older to create a Roavit account. A parent or legal guardian may manage a child as a dependant profile. Roavit does not currently offer independent accounts to minors.

Plans and payments

Roavit offers a limited preview, Route Pass, Plus and Family plan structure. Controlled web checkout is active; availability may remain limited while billing and customer-support evidence is monitored. Professional commissions, organisation subscriptions, API charges, setup fees, top-ups and referrals are not active merely because technical foundations exist; any future commercial term must be disclosed and agreed before charging. The exact local price and tax, plan benefits, usage allowances, renewal status and billing period are shown before purchase. Monthly and annual Plus and Family subscriptions renew until cancelled; a Route Pass lasts 90 days and does not renew automatically. Apple or Google processes native-app purchases. Our order process for web purchases is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns. See the cancellation and refund policy. Roavit never asks users to pay through WhatsApp.
