Controlled web pilot

Roavit is accepting a small, invitation-only group of adult customers (18+) while we measure guidance clarity, accessibility, billing, support and service reliability. Pilot access does not change an authority's rules or guarantee an immigration, employment, education or travel outcome.

Support hours

Our staffed support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 London time, excluding UK public holidays. Requests received outside those hours are reviewed during the next staffed period. Use Help and support for account, billing, accessibility or safeguarding concerns. Roavit is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Corrections

Report a guidance problem through Help and support. Include the Roavit page and the relevant official source where possible; do not include identity documents or other sensitive personal information. Roavit may mark only the affected statement as being updated while it is checked. Unrelated guidance remains available.

Cancellation

Cancel a recurring Plus or Family subscription at any time through Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless the payment is refunded. Route Pass lasts 90 days and does not renew automatically.

Refunds

Every web purchase made through Paddle has a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. This guarantee applies to first subscription payments, subscription renewals and one-time Route Pass purchases. Request a refund using the link on the Paddle receipt, Paddle Buyer Support, or Roavit billing support. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. A completed refund removes the corresponding paid entitlement. App Store and Google Play purchases follow the store's cancellation and refund process.

Account deletion

Delete a signed-in account from My Roavit, or use Delete account if you cannot sign in. Cancel or refund an active subscription first so charges cannot continue after the account is removed. Deletion removes live account records and encrypted vault files, subject to the limited legal and security retention described in Privacy. Recovery archives reapply the deletion ledger before use.

Information boundary and pilot safety

Roavit provides source-linked information and planning tools, not legal advice or an eligibility decision. Official authorities control rules and decisions. Trust labels show whether information is currently checked, previously confirmed, being updated, or not yet confirmed by Roavit. Report a problem whenever information appears wrong, unclear or unsafe.

Roavit pauses new pilot admissions while a serious guidance, privacy, security, accessibility, billing, safeguarding or service-reliability stop condition is open.

During the pilot we measure how the service is used — pages visited, tasks completed, errors, and support and billing events — and may ask for your feedback. This is covered by our Privacy notice.
